Localization of Disaster Risk Reduction in the Pacific
Description
Under this APS, the United States Agency for Development (USAID), Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance, will consider applications to fund local actors to implement disaster risk reduction programs in small Pacific Island countries and further the goals of small Pacific Island countries' journey to self-reliance. Applicant eligibility information for this APS is described in Section III of the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NFO). Subject to the availability of funds, USAID intends to award 3-4 assistance awards to responsible applicants whose application best meets the objectives of this NFO and the selection criteria contained herein. USAID reserves the right to fund one or more or none of the applications submitted.
