The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to improve the professionalization capacities of criminal justice institutions throughout Mexico. The goal of this project is to strengthen the professionalization capacities of the Mexican criminal justice institutions and enhance citizen security by advocating, planning, and working for standardization and certification of Mexican justice sector operators at a national level.
