By accessing or using GrantsFast.ai ("the Platform"), operated by GrantsFast LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

GrantsFast.ai is an AI-powered grant discovery and management platform. We aggregate publicly available grant information from sources including Grants.gov and provide tools for searching, tracking, and managing grant applications.

Important Disclaimer: GrantsFast.ai is not a funding agency and does not award grants. All funding decisions are made by the respective granting agencies. Use of this platform does not guarantee funding or award of any grant.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform beyond normal API usage
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems
• Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliations
• Use information obtained through the Platform to submit fraudulent grant applications
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization

6. AI Features

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide grant matching scores, search results, requirements extraction, and other features. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before submitting any grant application.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, features, and functionality (excluding publicly available grant data) are owned by GrantsFast LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Grant data sourced from government databases remains in the public domain.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrantsFast LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funding opportunities, lost profits, or data loss, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that grant information will be accurate, complete, or current. Grant details, deadlines, and eligibility requirements are subject to change by the granting agencies at any time.

10. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date grant information, we source data from third-party government databases and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify grant details directly with the funding agency before submitting an application.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
